** whether CIF, FOB, transshipment[certificate of bunkering may be required], is required,
** whether requirement is spot, short term, long term contract,
** whether you have refinery(s) or tankfarm(s), or delivery agreement(s) with either, &capacity(s)
** buyers must readily issue [or leave standing] official&confirmable LOI/icpo to agencygroup as required for start of transactions. Buyers must absolutely demonstrate proof of funds [pof ie. Bcl, or icpo with banking endorsement] for sellers to post PBS, and cooperated towards efficient processing&lifting.

Supplier and buyer mandates/agents:

Agencygroup non-client transaction procedure:
** when contacted with offers from non-clients; for subsequent regency brokered non-client transactions we only broker between directs.
